About us

PSG College of Education was established in 2006 under the aegis of the Palanisamy Gounder Charitable Trust. It is a co-educational, non-minority institution dedicated to serving the rural population in the Sankari area of Salem district. Our campus, spread over 5 acres of lush greenery on Tiruchengode Road in Sankari town, offers a serene and conducive environment for learning, complemented by state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities.

The Palanisamy Gounder Charitable Trust, founded in 2002, aims to uplift the downtrodden people of the region through education. Starting with the Matriculation Higher Secondary School in 2002, the Trust expanded its educational initiatives by establishing the College of Education in 2006 and the Arts and Science College in 2009.
